I have been working as a nutritionist for more than 8 years, in the last 3 years with athletes.

I run ultra trails mostly in the highlands, run a trail running club, organize sporting events and go hiking.

There was no sport in my life until the age of 30, not even chess. I got involved in sports in 2019, when I tried to go to the highest point in Europe from the couch. Elbrus. I then failed the competition, not meeting even the control time. Ambitions woke up from this story, and I became a skyrunner. At first I tasted classical mountaineering, got a grade, but I liked running in the mountains more. I began to exercise regularly.

I never cease to be amazed at what the human body is capable of. In 2019, she was still panting for a vertical kilometer, and recently she won the regional championship in skyrunning. Dehydration, exhaustion, encounters with wild animals, heat and cold in the mountains, of course, happen, but then all the hardships in everyday life become negligible and easily overcome. Running in the mountains helps to feel that I am alive.
