My name is Alla Sidorova, I am an athlete. I am also a Master of Sports in athletics, the current silver medalist of the Russian Athletics Championships at a distance of 10,000 m.

I started athletics at the age of 14, since then running has become a part of my life. I started running more seriously at the age of 24, when I joined the Running Monastery group, working in the group brought good stable results.

I am also a certified specialist in the field of physical culture and sports, I combine coaching and professional sports.

I started working as a coach 8 years ago, I worked with children, led a health-improving physical culture in a sports complex, I have been working as a running coach for 6 years, I help people love running, achieve results.
