My name is Inessa.

I am 30 years old.

Initially, I did not plan to connect my life with sports and was absolutely far from it, my first education was musical, I dreamed of being a famous violinist. One day, after a college competition, they offered to try running, and it dragged me so much that I still can't stop.

At first, I hated long distances with all my heart, but over time, this changed dramatically, I completed the CMS in the marathon and felt the beauty of this type. Despite a long injury, I did not give up, I continue to improve as an athlete and as a coach.
