Coach and creator of the running club "MORE KM"

My name is Maria Pronina, I am 43 years old and I started running at 38. During this time, I managed to go from a novice amateur to a participant in the London World Marathon Championships in the Masters category, ran 7 marathons, about 20 half marathons and was on the bedside table more than 10 times. I have repeatedly managed to become the winner and prize-winner of international running competitions in my age category.

Having received additional education and certification, since 2019 I have been training and falling in love with running amateurs with primary and secondary levels of training all over the world. I am insanely proud of each of my students!

In 2021, I created my own running club "MORE KM", with whose members I share my love for endless kilometers of running every day. Many people are told that running is a sport only for the young. We at the club prove that this is not so! And it's never too late to start running!

Running has changed my life dramatically. What seemed impossible before is now a part of my life. It's not just physical activity, but a huge part of life that shapes my inner and outer world.

And I'm also an example for my 2 children. They are proud of their mother and say that she is "a trainer and a famous runner."
